Tender Hearts at Home Senior Care in Montgomery is one of 18 finalists for the BBB Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics.

The 2010 Torch Awards are a continuation of the Cincinnati Better Business Bureau’s 84-year tradition and commitment to furthering its mission of promoting ethical conduct in the marketplace.

Tender Hearts helps seniors and the disabled stay in their own homes as long as possible by providing compassionate in-home, non-medical care on a short- or long-term basis.

Tender Hearts has become one of the largest independent private duty firms in the area since opening its doors in 2007.

The company’s dedication to providing clients with the best care was recognized within the home care industry this year when it was awarded the 2010 “Best in Home Care” award by Home Care Pulse, a national organization dedicated to measuring, recognizing and validating private-duty care services.
It was also a 2009 BBB Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics finalist.

Tender Hearts employs more than 100 caregivers across Hamilton, Clermont, Butler and Warren counties.
“We’re thrilled to be named a finalist for this award,” said Dan Lynch, Tender Hearts at Home president. “It’s exciting to be recognized for our attempts to responsibly and ethically assign the right caregiver who can provide the highest quality, most reliable home care service to meet a client’s specific needs and personality.”
