STEP 2: Click Here and Complete our Caregiver Assessment.

You will need about 1 hour to complete this 3 part prescreening tool. The results from these tests will help us to make decisions regarding placement with our clients according to your gifts and abilities. It is important not to spend too much time on each question, but to answer with your initial reaction. Be sure to answer the questions openly and honestly as this too is scored.
